Refund policy

At Prime Paddle Club, we want you to absolutely love your gear. If your tee doesn't make you feel like the MVP of your Saturday round-robin, we'll make it right. No drama, no double faults.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items that were sent incorrectly (if we shipped you the wrong tee, that's our fault, not yours)
  • Damaged or defective products (gear should survive your victory dance. If it doesn't, we've got you)

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After that, the ball's out of bounds, friend.

To request a refund, just contact us at support@primepaddleclub.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue. The more details, the faster we can get you back in the game.

A heads-up: because our tees are made-to-order (that's the "print on demand" magic), we generally can't accept returns for things like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind — so double-check that size chart before you serve it up. We'll always do right by you on errors and defects, though.

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. For the most current version, reach out to us at support@primepaddleclub.com and we'll fill you in.

And for gear that goes the distance, please follow the washing and care instructions included with your purchase. Treat your tee well, and it'll keep showing up for you game after game.
