August and September 2026 participants are protected by the transitional provision in Section 3; no pre-publication participant will be disadvantaged solely by a newly documented term, except as required by law.

1. SPONSOR AND PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The Prime Paddle Club Monthly T-Shirt Giveaway (the “Monthly Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Prime Paddle Club LLC (“Sponsor”). The program consists of separate monthly sweepstakes, each governed by the version of these Official Rules in effect when that monthly period begins. Sponsor may discontinue future monthly drawings by posting notice before a future monthly period begins; discontinuation will not affect a monthly drawing that has already begun.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Monthly Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of the drawing. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Prime Paddle Club LLC and any company materially involved in administering the drawing are not eligible. Void outside the eligible territory and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD

Each monthly drawing covers one calendar month, beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month (the “Monthly Entry Period”). Sponsor’s records and systems are the official timekeeping method. The Monthly Giveaway program start date is August 1, 2026. These Official Rules were first formally published on September 8, 2026.

TRANSITIONAL APPLICATION - AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER 2026

The Monthly Giveaway program began on August 1, 2026, and these Official Rules were first formally published on September 8, 2026. For the August and September 2026 Monthly Entry Periods, these Official Rules memorialize and clarify the terms under which Sponsor has conducted the Monthly Giveaway. They are not intended to materially alter the entry method, prize, winner-selection process, or other terms already communicated or used before publication. No person who became eligible or entered before September 8, 2026 will be disqualified or otherwise disadvantaged solely because of a requirement first documented in these Official Rules, except to the extent a different result is required by applicable law. The August 2026 winner will receive the prize promised for that drawing, and all otherwise eligible September 2026 participants who joined before publication remain included in the September drawing.

4. HOW TO ENTER — FREE PRIME PADDLE CLUB MEMBERSHIP

To enter, join Prime Paddle Club for free through the membership email sign-up available at www.primepaddleclub.com. Each eligible person listed as a Prime Paddle Club member at the close of the applicable Monthly Entry Period receives one (1) entry in that month’s drawing. Existing eligible members are automatically included in each future monthly drawing unless they ask Sponsor to cancel their membership or otherwise become ineligible. Opting out of promotional marketing emails alone does not cancel a previously established Prime Paddle Club membership or invalidate an otherwise eligible entry. No purchase, payment, donation, social-media post, referral, or proof of purchase is required to enter or win. Limit one entry per person per Monthly Entry Period. Attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple identities, email addresses, automated methods, bots, or other manipulation may be disqualified after reasonable verification.

5. PRIZE

One (1) confirmed winner will receive one (1) eligible Prime Paddle Club T-shirt offered on a Gildan Softstyle® blank designated by Sponsor for the giveaway (currently Gildan style 64000/G64000; some vendor listings may abbreviate the style as 6400), with a current approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to $34.99. The winner may choose an eligible design, available shirt color, and available size offered by Sponsor for the giveaway. Standard U.S. shipping is included. The prize has no cash redemption value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted by the winner. If the specified garment, design, color, or size becomes unavailable, Sponsor may offer a reasonably comparable alternative or a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value. Sponsor may update the ARV for future Monthly Entry Periods if its retail pricing changes, but will not reduce the value of a prize after a Monthly Entry Period begins.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

Within approximately ten (10) business days after the close of each Monthly Entry Period, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries for that month using a commercially reasonable random-selection method. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Sponsor will maintain reasonable records of each drawing and winner selection.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION, VERIFICATION, AND CLAIM DEADLINE

The potential winner will be notified using the email address associated with the Prime Paddle Club membership record. The winner notice will state a response and prize-selection deadline that will be no less than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial notice; Sponsor may provide a longer deadline. The potential winner may be required to confirm name, age, residence, shipping address, eligibility, and prize selection, and may be asked to complete an eligibility and prize-acceptance form. If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to respond by the stated deadline, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, or fails to complete required eligibility verification, Sponsor will select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries and will continue doing so until the prize is awarded or no eligible entries remain.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY AND TAXES

After the winner is confirmed and provides the information necessary to fulfill the prize, Sponsor will arrange production and standard shipment to an eligible U.S. address within a commercially reasonable period, generally within two (2) to six (6) weeks, subject to production, inventory, and carrier conditions. Sponsor will not require a winner to pay shipping or handling to receive the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may request tax information only when legally required for reporting or compliance.

9. OPTIONAL WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT — FIRST NAME, CITY, AND STATE

A winner is not required to grant publicity rights in order to receive the prize. After a winner is confirmed, Sponsor may ask the winner for separate, affirmative permission to publish the winner’s first name, city, and state of residence in a Prime Paddle Club website winner announcement and related historical winner archive. Sponsor will not publish a winner’s street address, email address, phone number, or other personal contact information as part of the announcement. If the winner does not provide permission, Sponsor will not identify the winner by name, city, or state for advertising or promotional purposes except to the extent disclosure is independently required by applicable law.

10. OPTIONAL PHOTO PROGRAM AND $15 STORE CREDIT

After receiving the prize, a winner may be invited to submit a photograph wearing the winning T-shirt. Participation is entirely optional and is not a condition of entering, winning, or receiving the prize. If the winner submits an approved photograph together with the separate photo-use authorization in Sponsor’s Winner Release, Sponsor will issue a $15 Prime Paddle Club store credit valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. The store credit is not redeemable for cash and is subject to the terms stated in the photo authorization and on the Prime Paddle Club website. A photo should depict the winner only; Sponsor may decline a photo containing identifiable third parties unless appropriate permissions are provided. If Sponsor uses the photo together with a testimonial or endorsement, Sponsor will make any disclosure of the winner’s relationship to Sponsor or receipt of the store credit that applicable advertising law requires.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

Information collected in connection with the Monthly Giveaway will be used to administer membership, conduct the drawing, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and for other uses described in Prime Paddle Club’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at www.primepaddleclub.com/policies/privacy-policy. Marketing communications are subject to applicable law and the preferences available to recipients. Sponsor may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to administer the Monthly Giveaway and fulfill prizes, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS; FAIR ADMINISTRATION

Sponsor will administer each Monthly Giveaway in good faith and will not predetermine winners, manipulate the drawing to favor a particular person, time period, or geographic area, arbitrarily reject valid entries, or condition entry on a purchase or payment. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant for fraud, tampering, abuse, material misrepresentation, violation of these Official Rules, or conduct that threatens the integrity or lawful operation of the Monthly Giveaway, provided the decision is based on reasonable evidence and applied consistently. Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to suspend, cancel, or modify a monthly drawing if fraud, technical failure, disaster, legal restriction, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or feasibility of the drawing. If practical and lawful, Sponsor will select the winner from eligible entries received before the impairment or through another fair method that does not materially disadvantage entrants.

13. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants and winners agree that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for losses or claims arising from participation in the Monthly Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be waived or limited. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable electronic communications; Internet or platform failures; or carrier delays outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

If a Monthly Giveaway is advertised or mentioned on Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Shopify, or any other third-party platform, the promotion is sponsored solely by Prime Paddle Club LLC unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those third parties. Entrants release such platforms from claims relating to the Monthly Giveaway to the extent permitted by law. Questions about the Monthly Giveaway must be directed to Prime Paddle Club, not to a third-party platform.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Official Rules and each Monthly Giveaway are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies and is not otherwise required, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights or jurisdictional requirements, disputes relating to the Monthly Giveaway will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida. Before filing suit, the parties are encouraged to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@primepaddleclub.com.

16. WINNER INFORMATION AND QUESTIONS

Questions about the Monthly Giveaway, requests concerning membership status, or requests for available winner information may be sent to support@primepaddleclub.com. Sponsor will provide winner information as required by applicable law and will otherwise respect the winner’s publicity choices and privacy rights. 17. CHANGES TO THESE RULES FOR FUTURE MONTHS

Sponsor may update these Official Rules prospectively to reflect changes in law, prize value, entry method, fulfillment, or program administration. A revised version will display a new effective date and will apply only to Monthly Entry Periods beginning on or after that date. Sponsor will not materially change the rules of an already-started Monthly Entry Period in a manner that disadvantages entrants, except to the minimum extent necessary to comply with law or address a circumstance that makes the original method impossible or unlawful.
